Topic: Organizing as Decision Support: Moving Beyond the Edit
Description: Professional organizing frequently involves supporting clients through decision fatigue, cognitive overload, and delayed decision-making—not just creating systems. This session reframes organizing as a form of decision support, offering professional organizers a practical lens for understanding stalled progress, client hesitation, and overwhelm. Participants will explore approaches that support clarity, maintain ethical boundaries, and contribute to more sustainable organizing work.
